Technician charged us $230 for a 15 p-trap clean out they have totally inflated prices they wanted $400 to change toilet insides buyer beware!!

200% overpriced. They wanted to charge me $400 to install a P-Trap for my kitchen sink. Someone else came, removed my garbage disposal, installed the P-Trap, and unclogged my kitchen line for $250.

After a reach out of a customer representative, they were kind enough to give me an adjustment of $220.00 The 1 Start is for the representative that arrive at the house for kindness. I have a issue going on with the front door entry light fixture where ...light was not coming after I purchased a fixture from Home Depot and installed it myself, I mean it it self explanatory stuff! For some reason the light was not coming on? So I looked up reviews and came across Frank Gay thinking they could help me resolve my issue as to what type of electrical problem I might be having? So when Trent Gunn the technician arrived, they observed and stated it would be $577.00 to fix the problem! I 110% felt that was price gouging. I asked why so much? The light was working just fine, It simply just stop working after I installed new light fixture I purchased at Home Depot. So I asked Trent how much would it cost just to test if there is power to fixture or something? Because I knew the wiring power had power. Well he said, he could not go off my word because he had not seen it working before? So due to me having the home sold I felt pressured knowing this estimate was ridiculous figuring I had some major problem? Well after giving him the okay to proceed with a gut wrenching feeling over the price, my feeling were correct. within 3 minutes if that they clime up the ladder and test wires with a power tester I could have purchase for 50.00 and told me that the fixture I purchase at Home Depot was defective because I have power there!!!!! I'm am so upset that basically if I would have just called a different company it would have cost less then a $200.00 dollars. Trent the tech said he is just the tech and Frank Gay sets all the prices with a smirk on his face. So I don't understand all the good reviews because this company is crooked and thieves. I would hate to see what they would do to the elderly!!! Never again will they get a cent of mine and I will surely pass the word around of there crooked ways!!Read More...

Update to below-i'm changing my rating as the staff of Frank Gay Services promptly refunded my money and removed my card info from their system. The issue is resolved to my satisfaction, and overall I am happy with the project done by FGS. I do advise ...specifying that you are only authorizing use of you card for the specific transaction.......... The Frank gay services used my credit card to sign me up for a service plan without my knowledge and just stole two hundred dollars from me for work they haven't done. I've just spent all my free time trying to get my money back. If using them I wouldn't use a card for purchase.Read More...

I am really unhappy with the brand new system we just got installed. I need someone from management to contact me immediately. This has been ongoing since Nov 14 2023 when it was first installed. Long story short it was not installed properly and me and ...my family have been paying for it ever since. The bad circulation has my baby and I allergies through the roof. It’s constantly hot at certain points of the day causing heat bumps on my baby and my light bill has gone up. The owner and I are extremely disappointed. They were supposed to be waiting on a part that came in over the weekend. Haven’t heard anything from them and the issue is still not fixed. 4 month issue.
