With our Property Protection Guarantee, you can count on us to repair or replace any damage we cause while working in your home, at no additional cost to you.

How to File a Claim
If you believe that your property was damaged during our work, please contact Frank Gay Services within 24 hours of the service appointment. Provide a brief description of your concern, and we may request a copy of this guarantee along with your sales agreement or purchase order for verification.
Once your claim is received, we’ll schedule an inspection within a reasonable timeframe. If our inspection confirms a valid claim, Frank Gay Services will repair, reinstall, or replace the damaged property at no cost, at our discretion.
If replacement is necessary and the original item is no longer available, we’ll provide a comparable substitute of equal quality. Please note that replacement does not renew or extend this guarantee period.
This guarantee is valid only once full payment has been made under your original sales agreement. Non-warranty service calls may result in an additional charge.
What’s Not Covered
This guarantee covers only accidental damage caused directly by Frank Gay Services while performing work in your home. It does not cover damage or failure caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Structural or foundation settlement
- Use of incompatible parts or accessories
- Work performed by anyone other than Frank Gay Services
- Weather-related events (floods, lightning, hurricanes, etc.)
- Fire, vandalism, or intentional damage
- Environmental corrosion, fading, or normal wear and tear
- Failure to maintain or clean affected products as necessary
This guarantee also does not apply to incidental or consequential damages, or to damage caused by unreasonable use or neglect.
What Voids the Property Protection Guarantee
Before our technicians arrive, please remove or relocate any furniture, décor, or personal belongings from the work area. It’s the homeowner’s responsibility to prepare the space to allow safe and unobstructed access.
If items are left in the workspace and become damaged, Frank Gay Services cannot be held responsible for those damages. Proper preparation ensures we can work safely and protect your property effectively.
Remedies and Legal Rights
Frank Gay Services’ liability under this guarantee is limited to the total amount received for the services provided under your sales agreement.
Some states may not allow certain limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages. In those cases, specific portions of this guarantee may not apply. These warranties provide specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state.
