How the Frank Gay Installation Guarantee Works
At Frank Gay Services, your comfort and confidence matter to us. That’s why we back every installation with our $500 Installation Guarantee. If the equipment we install in your home isn’t up and running by the date we promised, we’ll pay you $500 for the inconvenience, as long as the conditions below are met.
How to File a Claim
If your new system was not installed and operational by the promised date, contact Frank Gay Services by the end of the next business day. Please include a brief explanation of your concern. We may ask for a copy of this Installation Guarantee along with your signed sales agreement or purchase order.
Once your claim is received, we’ll schedule an appointment to inspect your installation within a reasonable timeframe. If our inspection confirms that your claim is valid, we’ll issue your $500 payment promptly.
Please note: This Installation Guarantee applies only after full payment has been made under your original sales agreement. Non-warranty service calls for unrelated repairs or adjustments may result in an additional service charge.
What’s Not Covered
This Installation Guarantee applies only to the original homeowner and covers materials purchased and installed by Frank Gay Services.
It does not cover delays caused by conditions beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Hidden defects in your home or property
- Labor strikes or material shortages
- Fire, flood, lightning, hurricanes, or other severe weather events
- Acts of God or intentional interference (rescheduling, restricted access, or failure to clear the work area)
For the purpose of this guarantee, “operable condition” means that your new equipment is functional, even if final government inspections or permits are still pending.
