Our Promise to Keep Your Home Comfortable Year-Round
At Frank Gay Services, we stand by the quality and performance of every system we install. That’s why we offer our Limited Comfort Guarantee, a one-year promise that your new heating and cooling system will maintain the comfort levels outlined in your original presentation materials.
This guarantee is extended to you, the original homeowner, and is valid for twelve months following installation, subject to the terms and conditions below.
How to File a Claim
Our Comfort Guarantee ensures that your system will heat and cool your home within the expected temperature range for one full year after installation.
If you believe your equipment is not performing as promised, please contact Frank Gay Services within thirteen months of installation. Include a short explanation of your concern. We may request a copy of your sales agreement or purchase order, as well as this Comfort Guarantee, for verification.
After your claim is received, we’ll schedule an inspection within a reasonable timeframe. If we determine that your claim is valid, Frank Gay Services will repair, reinstall, or replace the affected equipment or component at no additional cost, at our discretion.
If a replacement is necessary and the original product is no longer available, we’ll substitute it with an item of equal quality. Replacement of a system or component does not restart the original guarantee period. Please note that this Comfort Guarantee only applies after full payment has been made under your sales agreement. Non-warranty service calls for unrelated issues may result in a service charge.
What’s Not Covered
This Comfort Guarantee applies only to the original homeowner and covers materials purchased from and installed by Frank Gay Services. It does not transfer to future property owners and assumes normal, responsible use of the installed system.
The following conditions are not covered:
- Structural issues such as building settlement or foundation failure
- Use of incompatible accessories or modifications made by other parties
- Weather events or natural disasters, including hurricanes, floods, lightning, and earthquakes
- Corrosive effects from salt air, pollutants, or chemical exposure
- Normal wear, fading, or deterioration due to age or environment
- Lack of regular cleaning or maintenance
Any damage caused by intentional acts, vandalism, or unreasonable use also voids coverage.
What Voids the Comfort Guarantee
This guarantee becomes void if any installation, removal, repair, adjustment, or reinstallation of the equipment is performed by anyone other than Frank Gay Services. Any tampering or unauthorized work immediately cancels this warranty coverage.
Remedies and Legal Rights
No employee, representative, or agent of Frank Gay Services is authorized to alter or extend the terms of this guarantee.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Frank Gay Services disclaims any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the duration of this express guarantee. Liability under this document is limited to the amount paid under the original sales agreement.
Some states may not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusions of incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, certain provisions of this guarantee may not apply to you. These warranties provide specific legal rights, and you may also have additional rights depending on your state.
