Our 24-Hour Promise to Keep You Comfortable

At Frank Gay Services, we believe you should never have to wait long for comfort. That’s why we offer our $500 No Frustration Guarantee. If your new HVAC system fails to provide heating or cooling within one year of installation, we’ll have it serviced within 24 hours of your call, or we’ll pay you $500 for the inconvenience.

How to File a Claim

If your HVAC system fails to provide heating or cooling within the first twelve months after installation, simply call Frank Gay Services and provide a brief explanation of your concern. We may request copies of this guarantee along with your sales agreement or purchase order for verification.

After receiving your claim, we’ll schedule an inspection within a reasonable timeframe. If we determine that your claim is valid under this guarantee, Frank Gay Services will promptly issue a $500 payment.

Please Note: This guarantee becomes effective only after full payment has been made under your original sales agreement. Service requests not covered under warranty may incur an additional charge.

What’s Not Covered

This guarantee applies only to the original homeowner and covers materials purchased from and installed by Frank Gay Services. It automatically terminates if the home is sold and assumes normal, responsible use of the installed system.

The following are not covered under this guarantee:

  • Structural or foundation issues in the home
  • Work performed or components altered by anyone other than Frank Gay Services
  • Use of incompatible accessories or unauthorized modifications
  • Damage from natural disasters such as hurricanes, floods, or lightning
  • Corrosion, normal wear, or fading due to environmental conditions
  • Lack of access, scheduling delays, or interference preventing timely service
  • Damage caused by neglecting regular maintenance or cleaning
  • Acts of vandalism, intentional damage, or pollution

What Voids the No Frustration Guarantee

This guarantee is void if any installation, removal, adjustment, or repair of Frank Gay Services equipment is performed by anyone other than our licensed professionals. Unauthorized tampering or third-party work cancels this guarantee and any related warranties immediately.
