How to File a Claim
This guarantee is our one-year promise that your system will function as represented. If you believe it’s not performing as expected, contact Frank Gay Services no later than 13 months after installation.
Please provide a brief explanation of your concern, and we may request:
- A copy of this guarantee document
- Your sales agreement or purchase order
After receiving your claim, we’ll schedule an on-site inspection within a reasonable timeframe. If we determine a valid claim exists, Frank Gay Services will repair, reinstall, or replace the equipment at no additional cost.
If, after reasonable effort, the system still does not meet the required standards, we will issue a full or partial refund. At our discretion, we may remove the refunded equipment within a reasonable time period. If we choose not to remove it, you may retain ownership, but all warranties on that equipment will terminate immediately.
This guarantee is valid only after full payment has been received under your original sales agreement. Non-warranty service calls may result in a separate charge.
What’s Not Covered
This guarantee applies only to the original homeowner and only to products purchased from and installed by Frank Gay Services. It automatically terminates if the home is sold and assumes normal use of the system for its intended purpose.
The following conditions and damages are not covered:
- Structural settlement or foundation issues
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties
- Incompatible accessories or non-approved components
- Natural disasters (floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, lightning, etc.)
- Normal wear, fading, or environmental corrosion
- Fire, vandalism, intentional damage, or pollution
- Failure to maintain or clean the system properly
This guarantee does not apply to any damage beyond the control of Frank Gay Services or to products used unreasonably or neglected.
What Voids the 100% Money-Back Guarantee
Any installation, removal, adjustment, repair, or reinstallation performed by someone other than Frank Gay Services immediately voids this guarantee and any related warranties. Frank Gay Services is not liable for defects or damages resulting from unauthorized work or tampering.
Remedies and Legal Rights
No employee or representative of Frank Gay Services is authorized to modify or expand the terms of this guarantee.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frank Gay Services disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, beyond the duration of this express guarantee. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the original services.
Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages; if this applies to you, portions of this guarantee may not apply. These warranties provide specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights depending on your state.
